Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of go.mindset-4u.com and Mindset4U digital products and educational materials. By accessing our website, or purchasing or using a Mindset4U product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase and do not use the course.

1. Who sells, and who provides

Lemon Squeezy is the seller. It acts as Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract, your receipt, the price and any applicable taxes are governed by Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms, which you accept at checkout.

Mindset4U provides the course. These Terms govern your use of the course content and of go.mindset-4u.com. Where both sets of terms apply, Lemon Squeezy's govern the transaction and ours govern the content.

"We", "us" and "Mindset4U" mean the operator of go.mindset-4u.com. Full business registration details are available on request at info@mindset-4u.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.

3. What you are buying

The 7-Day Calm Kickstart is a digital, self-guided educational program. It includes 7 guided video lessons, 4 printable worksheets, and the 5-Minute Mind Reboot Kit.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are not buying ownership of any of it.

4. Access

Access is created on your course account after Lemon Squeezy confirms your payment. Login details are sent to the email address you gave at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, for checking your spam and promotions folders, and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

The course is delivered through systeme.io, a third-party platform. We aim to keep your purchased materials accessible on an ongoing basis, but ongoing access does not guarantee that any particular platform will remain available indefinitely. If we need to move the course to another platform or discontinue access, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and, where reasonably practicable, provide an alternative method of access.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party platform issues, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Personal use and intellectual property

All course content — video, audio, text, worksheets, graphics, branding, and the order and structure of the seven days — is the intellectual property of Mindset4U or its respective rights holders.

You may not:

  • Share, sell or publish your login details, or let anyone else use your account

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, screen-record, screenshot or distribute any part of the course

  • Download or re-host the videos, except where a download is expressly offered

  • Distribute the worksheets or videos to others

  • Resell, rent, license or otherwise commercially exploit the materials

  • Use the materials to create a competing or derivative product

  • Use the materials to train, fine-tune, test or evaluate any machine learning or artificial intelligence system

  • Attempt to access the site, the platform or another user's account without authorisation

If you breach this section, we may suspend or terminate your access and reserve all rights and remedies available to us. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Educational purpose only

Mindset4U content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

It is not medical or psychological treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Nothing in our products should be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric or other qualified professional advice or treatment.

We are not doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists or licensed healthcare providers, and no professional relationship of any kind is created by your purchase or your use of the course.

Do not use the course instead of professional care, delay seeking professional help because of anything in it, or start, stop or change any prescribed treatment because of it.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself or anyone else, or are concerned for your safety, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country immediately. This course is not a response to a crisis.

7. Safety — breathing and movement

The course includes breathing exercises and gentle movement, including neck and shoulder stretches.

Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, light-headedness, unusual shortness of breath, nausea, distress, or other significant discomfort. Never force a movement, and stay within your own comfortable range.

Breathing exercises can cause light-headedness. Do not practise them while driving, operating machinery, in water, or in any situation where dizziness or reduced attention could create a risk of injury.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or injury, are receiving treatment, or are unsure whether these practices are appropriate for you.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Your transaction is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable transactional taxes, receipts and related payment administration.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, together with any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded and any applicable Lemon Squeezy policies.

This is a digital product intended for immediate delivery. Where permitted by applicable law, and where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained at checkout, your right of withdrawal may end once delivery of the digital content begins.

10. Results

Individual experiences vary. We do not promise or guarantee any particular personal, emotional, health, professional or other result from using Mindset4U products.

Nothing on the site, in the course, in the videos or in any advertisement should be read as a guarantee of reduced stress, improved sleep, reduced anxiety or any other specific outcome.

11. Liability and your consumer rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindset4U will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use our website or digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect any statutory rights or remedies that apply to you under mandatory consumer protection law, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

12. Governing law

These Terms, governing the Mindset4U website and educational content, are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the purchaser's country of residence.

Transactions processed by Lemon Squeezy may additionally be governed by Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms, which contain their own governing-law provisions for payment transactions.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page, and the version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
