Payments for Mindset4U digital products are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Mindset4U does not directly collect or store your full credit card details. Payment information, billing information, applicable taxes, receipts and transaction processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy and are also subject to Lemon Squeezy's applicable privacy terms and buyer terms. Lemon Squeezy confirms that it acts as Merchant of Record for purchases processed through its platform.

Course Access & Use

After a successful purchase, information such as your email address may be transferred to our course and automation systems so that we can:

  • Create or update your customer account

  • Provide access to your purchased product

  • Send login or access instructions

  • Deliver product-related emails

  • Provide customer support

Performance of a contract: To create your course account, give you access, send login details, and provide service notices.

We may use third-party providers necessary to operate our website and deliver our products, including Systeme.io (hosting and course platform), Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record), Make (automation), and advertising/analytics platforms like Meta and Google where enabled. Microsoft Clarity is also used for website analytics, where enabled.

International transfers: Our providers operate from the European Union, the United States, and elsewhere. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK or the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision covering the destination, on that provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not sell your personal information for money. If you consent to advertising cookies, we share limited data (such as a hashed email address, purchase value and browser identifiers) with Meta to measure and improve our ads. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie preferences. Data Retention

We retain personal information for specific periods:

  • Course account and access: While your account is active, then for 12 months.

  • Purchase confirmations (from Lemon Squeezy): 2 years.

  • Marketing contacts: Until you unsubscribe (then moved to a suppression list so we do not email you again).

  • Email correspondence: 3 years from the last message.

Invoices and full transaction records are held by Lemon Squeezy under their own retention policy.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Access: give you a copy of what we hold about you.

  • Correct: fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Delete: erase your data, subject to anything we must keep.

  • Restrict: pause processing while a dispute is resolved.

If you are in California, you also have the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. If you consent to advertising cookies, sharing data with Meta for ad measurement may count as "sharing" under the CCPA. You can opt out at any time by declining or withdrawing consent in the cookie preferences, or by emailing info@mindset-4u.com. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Payment card data never reaches our systems. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Children's Privacy

Mindset4U is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and purchases by minors are not permitted. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, email info@mindset-4u.com and we will delete it.
